At TagsWeekly, we value your business and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience.

Easy Returns And Refunds

If you still wish to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide a full refund. Please note that the refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the original shipping charge and a handling fee of $5 or 10% (whichever is greater). To initiate the return process, please contact our Returns Department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This will ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

• All returns require return authorization. Please contact our Returns Department for an RA Number before returning an item to avoid processing delays.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the original tags and packaging. Returns will be inspected before a credit is issued. Items showing signs of wear, heavy perfumes, or smoke will be returned to you at your expense and upon request.
• When we receive your package, our goal is to have this resolved within 5 business days. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box.

Exceptions to the policy above

• Footwear will be assessed a handling fee of $10 or 10% (whichever is greater).
• Intimate apparel bottoms, including panties and swimwear bottoms, are non-returnable.

Final Sale and Promotional Items

• Items indicated as Final Sale merchandise are sold as-is and cannot be returned. However, items part of a site-wide sale or promotion are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
• Please note that some items may come with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or with a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.

International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
