When you fill out one of our forms or other requests for information, you may choose to receive e-mail that informs you about new merchandise in our online store, as well as special offers and promotions. In addition, we may send you e-mail’s to help us learn more about you and your preferences. If, after you have shared your e-mail address with Fashion Republic, you decide that you do not want to receive e-mail from Fashion Republic, you have several options to let us know of your preferences:

Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively consent, Fashion Republic may send you recurring marketing text messages about new arrivals, promotions, price drops, and order-related updates. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
What we collect
When you sign up for text messages we collect the mobile number you provide, the date and time consent was given, and the web page or form where you provided it. We retain this record for as long as you remain subscribed and afterward as required by applicable law.
Cart tracking
Tags Weekly’s website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by text message.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, and is typically no more than a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Fashion Republic does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates will apply.
How to opt out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers support text messaging, and delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Sharing
We share your mobile number with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Age
Our text message program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Do not provide a mobile number if you are under 18.

Our Policy on gathering information from and communicating with children online
We recognize the unique privacy concerns regarding children. Pursuant to COPPA guidelines, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], or at the address listed above, and we will remove the information about the individual from our marketing database.
